Policy

Making Reservations

  1. Individual reservations can be no shorter than 1 minute and no longer than 30 minutes in length.
  2. Every 13 hours , patrons are allowed a maximum of 30 reservations and a maximum of 1 hour of cumulative usage.
  3. Reservations can be placed a maxiumum of 4 days in advance.
  4. Patrons are allowed to make 5 reservations for dates in the future.

Reservation Cancellation

  1. A reservation can be cancelled at any time prior to the start of your reserved time.
    Cancellation is done on the same page you view your reservations.
  2. A reservation must be claimed within 10 minutes after the reserved time starts.
    Otherwise it will be considered a "no-show violation" and you may incur penalties.

"No-Show" Penalties

  1. A penalty of 0 minutes will be deducted from the 1 hour per 13 hours given to you over the period of 7 days . That is, beginning at the time of the no-show reservation and effective for the following 7 days , the total time available to you per 13 hours period will be further reduced by 0 minutes.
  2. Patrons with more than 25 no-show reservations will be blocked for the next 7 days from:
    • walking up and using a computer
    • making further reservations
